A candidate seeking admission to Degree Pharmacy
Program must have:-
Passed Senior Secondary (12th standard/Intermediate
with Physic and Chemistry as compulsory subjects
along with any one of the following Subjects
: Mathematics / Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer
Science from central Board of Secondary Education
or any other examination recognized by the
State Govt. of Uttaranchal as equivalent thereto
securing at least 50% marks in aggregate of
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology/
Bio-technology/ Computer Science.
Eligibility for Lateral
Entry
First Division (60%) in Diploma in Pharmacy.
Total 6 seats of Lateral Entry.

by Uttaranchal Boards of Technical Education, Govt.
of U.A.
Scope of D.Pharm:-
This course has high potential in career prospectus
since it is job oriented and has 100% placement
value. Students successfully completing this course
would seek employment in the areas of hospital pharmacy
as a pharmacist (store), in Pharmaceutical companies,
etc. There are also career opportunities in academic
institution, Govt. and Industrial research organizations.
Documents Essential:
- 10th Standard Mark Sheet.
- Mark sheet of 12th (10+2) examination
- Affidavit regarding gap in studies (if
any) showing reasons.
- Character Certificate issued by the school/college
last attended.
- Medical Fitness Certificate by approved
physician of the college or from CMO, Roorkee.
- Five copies of passport size photographs
duly attested by gazetted officer/Principal
of the school / college last attended.
- Eligibility certificate from H.N.B Garhwal
University (If required).
All the above–required documents are
to be submitted in original along with Xerox
copies in duplicate
